join us for a slow and nourishing start into your sunday on a dreamy rooftop overlooking the lake in zurich.

we begin with a gentle, flowing vinyasa practice to awaken the body and arrive in the moment – suitable for all levels. afterwards, enjoy a delicious coffee or matcha and some delicious snacks, connect with like-minded people or simply take in the view and the morning sun from the rooftop.
