an invitation to return home to your heart

this gathering is a space for you to slow down, calm the mind and remember that all you need is inside - you just need to listen. what is your heart whispering to you? what does it long to feel, to release, to open to?

cacao is a sacred plant medicine, gentle yet powerful. it opens the heart, awakens intuition, and brings us home to ourselves.

you will be guided through a meditation and intention setting, followed by a sacred cacao ceremony and a sound journey to guide you deeper within.

no experience needed - everything you need is already inside.

if you want to learn more about ceremonial cacao - read my blog post.
