join our sacred cacao cermony to open your heart wide and listen to its wisdom. cacao is a wonderful medicine that allows us to connect deeply with our intuition and to open the heart for love and compassion. together we will gather in a circle to slow down, turn inwards and listen to the whispers of our heart - it knows the way. you will be guided through a meditation and journaling practice, followed by a sacred cacao ceremony and savasana with sound bath.
