the rise & shine retreat is an invitation to move your body, breathe deeply, and reconnect to what truly nourishes you. let the sun of ticino warm your skin, soften your mind, and awaken the joy of simply being alive. leave feeling recharged and inspired.
through daily yoga, mindful hikes through lush forests, scenic viewpoints, rivers and waterfalls, nourishing food and spacious moments of rest, you are invited to slow down and recharge. this retreat creates space to rise with the sun, tune into your natural rhythm, and enjoy the beauty of presence, movement, and nature.
we will start every day in silence to discover the magic of early mornings with all your senses. followed by a meditation, breathwork and vinyasa yoga. during the day we will go for beautiful hikes and explore the nature in ticino. in the evening you will be guided through a gentle yin yoga practice to fully unwind. this retreat is limited to 10 people to provide a safe and familiar atmosphere.

the location
the beautiful casa prana is nestled in a small village in the south of switzerland (tegna, ticino) and offers a peaceful garden and plenty of space to relax and recharge. a special highlight is the thoughtfully designed outdoor yoga shala. expect a nourishing and grounding experience, where simplicity and calm invite you to slow down and feel at home. free public parking is available, and if you arrive by public transport, the closest bus stop is called “tegna”.

Carla is a certified 600h yoga teacher and completed her trainings on bali. Inspired by nature, she teaches creative, embodied Flows and gentle Yin classes. Her classes fuse different styles, where presence, movement and breath are the doorway to explore the inner self. Carla's soft personality and attention to detail creates space for all students to discover, connect and find stillness within. Her energy will nourish your heart!
my mom dagmar will prepare the most delicious plant-based meals for you, nourishing both body and soul. she will make sure you feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. if you have any questions about the area, she knows all the best spots!
