nestled at 1,100 meters above sea level in the beautiful mountains of vorarlberg (laterns), bergfrieden is a place of deep calm and expansive nature. surrounded by forests and impressive peaks, this exclusive retreat home offers the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect.
the house features a cozy sauna area with kneipp pool in the outdoor space, a lounge to relax between sauna sessions, and breathtaking views that invite you to simply pause and breathe.

My name is Carla, I´m a certified 600 hour yoga teacher and completed my trainings on Bali. Inspired by nature, I teach creative, embodied flows and gentle yin classes. My classes fuse different styles, where presence, movement and breath are the doorway to explore the inner self. My soft personality and attention to detail creates space for all students to discover, connect and find stillness within. My mantra: Quiet the mind - open the heart.
