this retreat is about softening the mind and opening the heart. about learning to listen again — to the wisdom of the body, the rhythm of the seasons, and the quiet voice within. it’s a space to receive the gifts of nature, deepen your relationship with food and nourishment, and reconnect with your own essence.

the location - casa prana, ticino
the beautiful casa prana is nestled in a small village in the south of switzerland (tegna, ticino) and offers a peaceful garden and plenty of space to relax and recharge. a special highlight is the thoughtfully designed outdoor yoga shala. expect a nourishing and grounding experience, where simplicity and calm invite you to slow down and feel at home. free public parking is available, and if you arrive by public transport, the closest train stop is called “tegna”.
the meals will be prepared with lots of love and intention by our amazing chef, with local and seasonal ingredients. expect delicious, nourishing and plantbased food that makes your body and soul glow!

your host - carla & nina
Carla is a certified 600h yoga teacher and completed her trainings on bali. Inspired by nature, she teaches creative, embodied Flows and calming Yin classes. Her classes fuse different styles, where deep presence, movement and breath are the doorway to explore the inner self. Carla has taught in different places around the world, including Sri Lanka, a place that continues to inspire her with it’s slow rhythm and simplicity. Her soft personality and attention to detail creates space for all students to soften, explore and reconnect to what’s already within. Carla’s classes will nourish your heart! Nina’s motto, “Following the sun and my heart,” led her to share her passion for yoga and spiritual practices—creating safe, nurturing spaces and offering simple, everyday tools to reconnect in modern life, both on and beyond the mat. She’s a 275h certified Liquid Flow (Vinyasa) and Yin Yoga teacher, blending movement, breath, sound, meditation, and yogic philosophy. With a background in fitness and nutrition, Nina also works with essential oils—nature’s purest essence—to support balance on all levels and guide you back to your true self. Nina’s holistic approach invites joy, softness and connection, regulating the nervous system and helping you to find inner peace. @ninaxmaria
